Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Lily Rouse order, however, if for any reason you would like to return or exchange your item/s we will be happy to make the process as smooth as possible following the guidelines below.
Our returns and exchange policy is 14 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after 14 days of receiving your order.
1) To return an item please contact us by phone or email within 14 days of receiving your item/s.

2) To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition with tags. It must also be in the original packaging.
We will exchange item/s when returned within our 14 days policy. Once we have received and reviewed your item/s, we will ship your new item/s.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund and credit your account to the original card used to pay for the order. Shipping fees can’t be refunded.
We take our up-most care to review your purchase individually before being delivered. Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the item/s are faulty when delivered. Returned item/s will be inspected and dealt with accordingly. We cannot accept responsibility for items damaged during washing if our instructions have not been followed.
We are unable to refund or exchange bespoke orders.
